2.1 RFC-PROSHOP products are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who have registered on the Website, and can form legally binding contracts under the law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18).

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card amount in the amount of the charge.

2.5 We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

2.6 RFC-PROSHOP is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.

2.7 All purchases are transacted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Please verify with your local currency conversion rate for detail before transaction.

2.8 You represent and warrant that (a) any credit information you supply is true and complete; (b) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company; and (c) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes and custom duties.
